What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments of all major credit cards, Paypal and Moneybookers.
Within the UK we also accept UK bank transfers and UK cheques.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes. We can provide a UK VAT invoice with the breakdown of VAT.
If you are an EU entity and are exempt from paying UK VAT, please open a trade account first.
If you are a company based outside of the EU and will be placing an export order, please open a trade account first.
What settlement terms are offered?
Unless specifically negotiated when opening a trade account, no orders will ship until payments have cleared. This helps us keep our prices low by not charging our good customers to cover the inconvenience of late payers.
What are the shipping costs?
-UK and Eire: Registered mail is free.
(Optional: Go with UPS for £5.00)
-Rest of Europe: Registered mail costs £10.00.
(Optional: Go with UPS for £20.00)
-Outside of Europe: Registered mail costs £15.00.
How fast do you ship?
If it's available in our online store then it's in stock and our online shopping cart knows how many units we have. So within a day or two of receiving your order it's shipped and on the way.
